C’est dans les racines ancestrales de la culture Latino-Américaine que Mario VARGAS puise son inspiration. Cette peinture, éblouissante de glacis, est un mode d’expression qui lui permet de saisir l’indéfinissable, de transcender le réalisme pour suggérer la présence de ces forces qui unissent la Terre et le Cosmos.

It is the sun of the life, the gasoline of the nature of humanity, that these cordial matter ranges put forward with harmony, incredible of luminescence.(…) There are much tenderness and love in this work which waters simplicity of these paramount values which make, and demolish, the destiny of the man since millenia. And the irrationality of the atmosphere results in wondering about the power of this God Sun who gives the life, by darting his rays the nourishing earth.
